ONLINE CONSULTATIONS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. Definitions
Service Administrator – Barbara Walter operates under the name Healthy Family Limited
(11467367), TAX/UTR number: 2217428878, at 7 Millais Close, Oxford, OX2 9GW.
Service – the website available at www.barbarawalter.co.uk, which allows clients to schedule
notifications electronically in the form of video consultations and use the Administrator’s search services.
Online Consultation – a service provided by the Administrator to the User electronically in the form of a video call or telephone conversation, the terms and scope of which are specified in the Online Consultation Terms and Conditions.
User – an adult natural person with legal capacity, accessing the services via the Website/online video consultation software, or a minor with the consent of a parent/guardian.
II. Using the Service
Before using the Service, access is available in the Terms of Service.
The User is bound to the Terms of Service.
Using the service is possible using a device connected to English-language software and an
operating system.
Using the Online Consultation is only possible using a device equipped with a camera, microphone, and control panel, as well as the WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, or Messenger application.
The service is available to adults who can exercise legal authority. In the case of minors, written consent from a parent/guardian is required.
III. Online Consultation
Using the Online Consultation requires:
a) Acceptance of the Terms of Service. Payment for the service constitutes an agreement and
acceptance of the Terms of Service.
b) Book your services by selecting a date and time for your online consultation using the registration process available at www.barbarawalter.co.uk or by sending a reminder in advance by phone (tel. +447778400935) or email (info@barbarawalter.co.uk).
c) Make a payment through one of the payment systems accepted by www.barbarawalter.co.uk if you book your appointment in advance.
Primary amount: £60
If the Online Consultation is available to the user, the user must make a reservation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations are subject to prior electronic notification to: info@barbarawalter.co.uk or +447778400935. You can also access the booking system at www.barbarawalter.co.uk
For the Online Consultation instruction at the end, referred to in Section III, the Administrator will issue a refund to the User’s bank account within 7 days of the Consultation instruction. If the payment was made in a different currency, there may be a difference between the amount paid and the refunded difference due to exchange rate fluctuations, for which the Service is not responsible.
The User will receive a refund of the consultation fee, minus the transfer company’s commission (£10). To remain active, you must register at the end via the website www.barbarawalter.co.uk.
If the User has not used the Online Consultation provided, the booking was made on the User’s or the application’s behalf, after receiving the reservation in Section III, the Consultation fee will not be refunded.
IV. Personal Data
All personal data collected during registration on the Service is used by the Service solely for the purposes of conducting the Online Consultation, collection, transactions, and accounting purposes.
V. Complaints
The user has the right to file a complaint.
Complaints should be sent by email to: info@barbarawalter.co.uk
The complaint should include the user’s identification details, a description of the verified
complaints, and a notice of how the user resolved the problem.
The complaint is available no later than 14 days from receipt of the complaint.
VI. Final Provisions
The Terms and Conditions apply to content provided from December 1, 2025.
In unregulated cases, which apply to the use of accessories.
The Administrator has the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, as indicated in the information posted on the Website. The amendment to the Terms and Conditions will not apply to services ordered by the user before the change in life occurs.
