Sinus Therapy

The therapy consists of four parts:
Part no.1 Cupping massage.
Silicone face cupping improves overall health by removing energy blockages and promotes a good flow of healthy energy or qi. The greatest benefits of cupping include local pain relief and muscle relaxation.
Part no.2 Pinotherapy Ashi points.
Pinotherapy uses tools like “pins” to stimulate the body’s nervous system and soft tissues at tender spots known as Ashi points. These points are not fixed but are identified by the patient’s pain and are treated with needles to alleviate muscle tension, reduce pain, and restore movement. The therapy is a modern approach with roots in acupuncture and other manual therapies, aimed at triggering the body’s natural regenerative processes.
What is the goal of treating Ashi points?
- Pain relief: The primary goal is to alleviate pain by releasing the tension at the Ashi point.
- Muscle function: Treating these points can improve muscle tone and restore correct movement patterns.
- Natural regeneration: By stimulating the body’s natural reflexes, pinotherapy supports the body’s own healing and regeneration processes.
Part no.3 Auriculotherapy.
Auriculotherapy (also auricular therapy, ear acupuncture, and auriculoacupuncture) is a form of alternative medicine based on the idea that the ear is a micro system and an external organ, which reflects the entire body, represented on the auricle, the outer portion of the ear.
Evidence on auricular therapy supports its efficacy for pain relief, in treating sinus pain.
Part no.4 Nasal bone manipulation.
Nasal bone manipulation for sinus pain refers to gentle facial massage techniques.
Facial massage involves applying gentle pressure to specific points to relieve pressure.
This method is for relieving sinus pressure and congestion associated with colds, allergies, or infections. It removes the congestion and helps the adequate drainage of mucus from the sinus.
